1. Shipping and Delivery
1.1 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- During collection launches or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
1.2 Delivery & Tracking
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your shipment via our courier's website.
- Hijabique is not liable for shipments marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been fulfilled.

3.1 Shipping Options
- Standard Delivery: within 3 to 5 business days
- Pickup Point: within 3 to 5 business days
- Express Delivery: within 2 to 4 business days, depending on location

- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Free shipping on orders above:
- €60 within Europe
- $100 within the United States, Turkey, and Morocco
- $140 CAD (~$100 US) within Canada
- 500 BRL (~$100 US) within Brazil
- $143 AUD (~$100 US) within Australia
- 375 SAR (~$100 US) within Saudi Arabia
4. Customs & Duties
- Taxes included: all displayed prices already include applicable taxes (VAT), as shown in your cart.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or import fees.
- These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and may vary by country.
