Every Hijabique piece is carefully selected and crafted, and we hope you love it as much as we do. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. We do not currently offer exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@hijabique.co, including your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the items you're returning along with the packing slip included in your original shipment. Hijabs should be neatly folded to avoid creasing or damage during transit.

3. Ship Your Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged — in which case, please contact our Customer Service team first.

We recommend keeping the tracking number for your return package.

4. Return Processing

Once your return is received, our team processes it as quickly as possible.

5. Refund

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, within an estimated 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven't received it after 20 business days, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@hijabique.co.

Return Conditions

Every return is inspected by our team. We will not be able to accept your return if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use
  • The original hangtag has been removed
  • The item has been altered or customized
  • Under-caps/inner caps have a broken hygiene seal
  • The item has a strong odor (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • The item is returned without its original packaging or accessories
  • The return is initiated outside the 14-day window
  • The item was marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • The item does not match the original order
  • The item has been damaged due to misuse or improper care

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact our Customer Service team with photos before removing the hangtag or initiating a return — once the hangtag is removed, no claims can be made.
